This is the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement between you and THEFANDOME LTD (the “Company”, “Rightholder” or “We”). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents that they expressly include by reference/link (in conjunction with this “Agreement”), govern your access to the sites www.thefandome.com (and www.ultimate.thefandome.com (the Sites) and its use, including any content, functionality, purchasing THEFANDOME LTD’s keys and other services offered by on or through the Sites www.thefandome.com and www.ultimate.thefandome.com. Please read this AGREEMENT carefully before any use of the Sites. By making use of the Sites or clicking on the button confirming your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, at the moment this option is provided to you, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in addition to ● our Privacy Policy located at https://ultimate.thefandome.com/PDF/Privacy_Policy_en.pdf and incorporated here by reference/link. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy you must not visit or use the Sites.

License Agreement

Definitions

Rightholder (the owner of the exclusive right to the software product) — THEFANDOME LTD

Software Product (SP) — the Software product (THEFANDOME and/or the Sites), accompanying materials, and updates, the Rightholder of which is THEFANDOME LTD.

THEFANDOME and/or the Sites — an Internet resource that is a collection of information and objects of intellectual property contained in the system, access to which is provided from various user devices connected to the Internet by means of special software for the Internet surfing (browser) at web addresses of www.thefandome.com and www.ultimate.thefandome.com.

User — a physical party who activates or uses the SLA on his behalf or lawfully owns it. If the SLK was received or bought in the name of the legal party or was activated by this party, then the term ‘User’ refers to the legal party for whom the SLK was bought or who activated it and/or directed a physical party to accept this Agreement in person.

Ultimate key or Key — a conditional unit to spend within THEFANDOME’s system.

Paid services

Premium status gives access to the extended functionality of THEFANDOME for a month. The price of the premium status and the package it includes can be changed. Ultimate status provides access to the extended functionality of THEFANDOME on an unlimited basis. Access extends to the entire package of premium status services, taking into account any changes in its composition. A user can purchase any number of available for sale Ultimate keys. To access the extended functionality of THEFANDOME, you need to own at least one key. Keys can be transferred on the terms of their owners to other users of THEFANDOME. A user may transfer the right to use the key to another individual provided that he transfers the right to use the key to the recipient within the scope of the rights received from the Owner, and the recipient fully agrees with the terms of this License Agreement. When transferring the full volume of rights to use the key to another individual, the User fully transfers to the recipient all rights to use the key received by him from the Rightholder. The total issue of keys is limited to 100,000 items. To use the key, you need to sign up on www.thefandome.com. Additional commercial features that are not included in Premium and Ultimate packages are paid according to the current price and the requested volume by electronic bill payment.

Limitation of Liability Related to Ultimate key

The administration of the Sites is not responsible for one’s loss of Ultimate key as a result of illegal actions by the User or third parties.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE MAXIMUM APPLICABLE LAW, THE RIGHTHOLDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY HARM AND/OR DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY DAMAGE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE ULTIMATE KEY, EVEN IF THE RIGHTHOLDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE. IN ANY CASE, THE LIABILITY OF THE RIGHTHOLDER UNDER ANY OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR ULTIMATE KEY. THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW.

This document must not be considered as a public offer for the sale of shares, securities, goods or currency.

Ultimate key of THEFANDOME does not give the right to control THEFANDOME LTD, it is not a security. Owners of Ultimate keys are not accrued or paid dividends.

Possession of Ultimate keys of THEFANDOME LTD does not give their holders ownership or property rights in the company. Opinions and feedback of Ultimate key holders can be taken into account, but Ultimate key of THEFANDOME LTD does not give their holders the right to participate in decisions regarding the development of the platform www.thefandome.com. Ultimate key of THEFANDOME LTD can be used to pay for services and commercial functionality of the platform www.thefandome.com.

Ultimate key of THEFANDOME LTD is not an investment

Ultimate key of THEFANDOME LTD is not an official or legally registered investment of any kind. All people and parties involved in the purchase of THEFANDOME LTD’s Ultimate key commit the transaction at their own risk. Despite the fact that Ultimate key of THEFANDOME LTD must not be treated as an investment, it can grow in value with time. It can also fall in value.

Risk of Loss of Funds

Funds received at crowdfunding are not insured. In case of loss or fall in value, there is no private or public insurance representative to whom you may apply.

Business Risks of the Project

. It is possible that for various reasons, including but not limited to failures in business processes or marketing strategies, the ecosystem and all subsequent activities associated with the funds obtained at ITO may not be successful.

The Risk of Using New Technologies

Ultimate key of THEFANDOME LTD, are a fairly new and not quite tested technology. In addition to the risks mentioned in this document, there are still additional risks that the THEFANDOME Team is not able to foresee. These risks can arise in other forms, different from those pointed here.

Disclaimer of Warranties Regarding the Use or Inability to Use Ultimat key

You agree that the use or inability to use Ultimate key of THEFANDOME LTD is entirely your risk, and no liability lies with THEFANDOME LTD. From the date of issue, Ultimate key of THEFANDOME LTD will be used without warranty of any kind, either explicit or implicit, including all implied warranties of the commercial price for a particular purpose without infringing anyone’s intellectual rights. Since some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implicit guarantees, the aforementioned exclusion of implied warranties may not apply to you personally.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee that files available for downloading from the Internet or the Sites will be free of viruses. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Sites for any reconstruction of any lost data. Intellectual Property Rights

In 2015, THEFANDOME’s founder Eugeniy Gololobov conceptualized a global platform for geeks worldwide, inspired by ideas of his previous projects. At the same time, he started testing hypotheses about the market, its players, audience expectations and the entertainment industry ‘s essence.

Each month of scrupulous audience research has been leading to a clear understanding of what product fans need and what problems it must solve.

Later in the year, Alexey Grigoriev joined the project team. He became engaged in THEFANDOME’s philosophy and decided to invest in the product from his own resources. It was the start of active work on the implementation of the site idea.

Development of an alpha version of thefandome.com began almost immediately with the participation of Kirill Kuznetsov and Alexander Marchuk, owners of the web development company AIRWS and reliable partners with whom THEFANDOME cooperates ever since.

In a few months, the first iteration of the portal saw the light and waited to be tested on real users. The first enthusiasts, among which were not only fans but professional cosplayers and bloggers as well, greatly contributed to the site development and debugging.

It was an important stage with regard to the assessment of THEFANDOME’s viability. Alpha version testing left no doubts about the project potential. Therefore, Eugeniy and Alexey started to look for resources needed for the next development stage.

In the summer of 2016, Eugeniy and Alexey met their old friend Eduard Mirchev and shared their plans for THEFANDOME with him. Eduard found the idea very interesting and invested in the beta version development of the portal.

In June-2016, AIRWS team came back to the work on thefandome.com while Eugeniy, Alexey, and Eduard were delving into the economics of the project and additional site functionality generation.

At the same time, it was decided to present the product to the general public at the largest geek event in Russia Comic Con Russia 2016.

Presentation of THEFANDOME to the wide audience at Comic Con Moscow 2016 became a major milestone of the project. Eugeniy, Alexey, and Eduard rented a large exhibition stand and decorated it in the geek style. They show the event guests how many different types of fans there are in the world and how THEFANDOME is going to deal with them. Also, they let anyone willing to learn more about the site features.

By then, substantive work on the beta version of thefandome.com was almost complete but there were some flaws and bugs. Despite that, hundreds of people were signing up to thefandome.com right at the exhibition while posting photos with THEFANDOME’s stand on their new profiles. The team arrived at Comic Con Russia with a sourcebook about geek culture #Geekyourself written by Eugeniy Gololobov. All the books were sold well before the end of the event.

Live communication with the potential audience and media sources (including TV Rain), as well as positive feedback from the guests, brought many good emotions and strength for the further achievements.

Upon returning from the Comic Con Russia, THEFANDOME’s team collected all the feedback, statistics and proved hypotheses and presented their product to IQDEMY International whose President agreed to invest in the project development and offered his mentoring. In November-2016, THEFANDOME formed its own staffing capacity. Meanwhile, Eugeniy was improving the portal structure and its features. The results of his efforts are already preparing for release.

Each day there was something new about hobbies and unusual kinds of fans, dozens of people offered their grant assistance and took responsibility for communities’ administration. In addition to awareness of geek culture versatility, it had become clear that thefandome.com is a vital product for fans. In the first instance, THEFANDOME’s team focused on the feedback gathering and fast implementation of their and users’ interesting ideas. It was a time of endless improving and upgrading on the way to the best site version.

THEFANDOME’s team reviewed the portal activity and came to the conclusion that it hit a resource ceiling: purposes and tasks went beyond budgets. In the last 6 months, the work aimed to cooperation with the audience while business issues were secondary. It was time to focus on the latter, using already tested and proved models.

At the end of summer-2017, the team decided to give up the idea to participate at Comic Con. They concentrated on seeking investment and further developing the product. At that time, Eugeniy already had a prototype of the third and final site iteration absorbed all THEFANDOME’s experience.

In October, the final site iteration went into the programming work. Despite the fact that the development is not over yet and the release is scheduled for the Summer of 2018, the team can guarantee the quality if the product. It represents the unity of values, experiences, and knowledge of all the people who somehow belong to the work on the project: from founders to users. THEFANDOME is literally the most universal and full fan site.

At the same time, the project was joined by Maxim Shpak, the expert in the PR. With his advising and assistance, THEFANDOME’s team considered launching a crowdfunding campaign and started to prepare for it.

What is THEFANDOME’s concept?

It’s a multifunctional product with a potential for building up new modules for any kind of fans. This concept can be compared with a drawing of a very complicated device with thousands of details working as a single well-set mechanism. THEFANDOME’s evolution scheme (transforming into a universal platform for ALL existed interests and hobbies) is already painted for years to come. In other words, our idea is not only innovative but also complex, thus no one would be able to copy it fully ‘cause we always would be ahead due to the continuous development of THEFANDOME.

What separates you from Facebook and other social networks?

Classical social networks focus on ordinary characteristics (education, work, family and so on) while our platform accentuates on people’s interests and hobbies. We provide users with an opportunity to tell the world what they are passionate about with a level of detail no fan site gave them before.

You also know that communication with already familiar people and making new friends online is the basis of other social networks. What’s your know-how?

All of THEFANDOME’s know-hows are based on FunTech mechanics:
